Women in Nature Group


Women in Nature Group gives women the opportunity to connect with other women and nature in a group designed to improve your sense of wellbeing and community.

The group runs for four or six weeks, 2 hours a week, and the theme varies depending on the facilitator. Past groups have included a mix of mindfulness and adventure, and an art-focused course.

This group is open to all women and people identifying as women in East Lothian.


Twice a year. Spring and autumn. Once daytime course, one evening course.


Location will vary, depending on the theme/facilitator.


4-6 weeks, 2 hours a week.
