Winter Mindfulness Drop-in

We invite you to our online Winter Mindfulness Drop-in via Zoom.  We will be holding two sessions and you are welcome to attend one or both, depending on your availability.  Sessions will be held on:

Monday 13th December: 10:00am to 11:00am

Wednesday 15th December:  3:00pm to 4:00pm

Mindfulness can help lower stress and anxiety and help you to appreciate life around you more fully. 

All are welcome to join our friendly welcoming group and practise with us. It’s the perfect place to meet like-minded people, chill out and have a respite from the day to day events.

The sessions last for around an hour and there will be time for questions and discussion. The sessions are suitable for beginners just curious about Mindfulness Meditation or for those with some experience wanting to continue their practice.
