First Steps to Positive Mental Wellbeing Course

This course helps people to become more aware of their emotions, thinking, behaviours, and physical symptoms.

Men’s Peer Support Groups

These are facilitated groups that provide a space for men to share their thoughts and feelings, in a safe and supportive way.

Stress Control Course

This course is helpful for learning about how stress builds up and how it feeds into anxiety and depression. We aren’t currently offering it due to Covid-19 restrictions, but we can put you on the waiting list for when we can start it up again.
