Stress Control course

This course is helpful for learning about how stress builds up and how it feeds into anxiety and depression.

Course outline:

You will learn some simple strategies to help you feel better and there are work books for each week which you can take away to continue your learning at home.

The course is lecture-based and delivered by our CBT therapists. You will not need to speak in the group or explain why you are there. You can also bring someone else along with you if you would feel more comfortable.

We run this course four times a year – usually two courses are daytime and two are evening courses.


6 week course – each session is 1.5 hours
