Relaxation Workshops


These workshops aim to offer a toolkit of ways to bring relaxation into our lives in order to increase wellbeing and better manage stress and anxiety.

You will be given the opportunity to practice different techniques through facilitator-led exercises in order to explore which aspects of relaxation work best for you.
