Nature Therapy


Nature Therapy is a way to connect with natural surroundings with a variety of led activities, whilst receiving a therapist’s support with processing the emotions, thoughts and feelings that might occur during the activities. The nature-based activities are each designed to support you on a journey back into nature, which has been linked to improving happiness, feeling less stressed and more confident (Mental health Foundation, 2022). The group will consist of activities in nature led by an experienced nature guide and therapy discussion led by a trained psychological therapist.


Twice a year. Spring and autumn.


In 2024 one course will be Musselburgh based, one course will be Cockenzie based.


6 weeks, 2 hours a week.
