Mindfulness Drop in

We are pleased to invite you to join our Midweek Mindfulness Drop-in on Wednesdays at 11am – 12 noon on ZOOM, starting on Wednesday 21st July for 6 weeks.

Changes Mindfulness Practitioner, Glenis Orkisz, will be running weekly meetings where you will have the opportunity to find out about Mindfulness and join in with a series of short practices.

Mindfulness can help lower stress and anxiety and help you to appreciate life around you more fully. 

Join our friendly welcoming group and practise with us. It’s the perfect place to meet like-minded people and chill out once a week and have a respite from the day to day events.

The sessions last for around an hour and there will be time for questions and discussion. The sessions are suitable for beginners just curious about Mindfulness Meditation or for those with some experience wanting to continue their practice.
