We offer several groups and courses that can help support your mental health and wellbeing.

One-to-one counselling

We offer free one-to-one counselling to adults living in East Lothian.


Befriending is offered through 1-1 befriending matches as well as group based activities. 

Wellbeing activities

Whether you’re interested in cycling, walking, music, art or exercise, we have an activity for you.

Relaxation and mindfulness

We offer two types of relaxation and mindfulness courses to adults in East Lothian – a mindfulness course and relaxation workshops.
