Football for Wellbeing


Changes are excited to host football for wellbeing sessions.

These sessions are specifically designed for 16 to 25 year olds though we welcome others to join too.

Our experienced football coach, supported by a Peer Volunteer, will offer a welcoming and supportive session with an opportunity to have a chat and share how things are going for you each week.


Dates and times vary – 1.5 hour session. NOTE: This activity is not running yet due to low numbers, if you are interested please tell your friends!
