Fitness for Wellbeing


Changes are excited to host a series of fitness classes for overall wellbeing.

These classes are specifically designed for 16 to 25 year olds though we welcome others to join too.

Our experienced fitness coach will focus the session on cardio circuits and fitness with an opportunity to have a chat and share how things are going for you each week.
