Build Your Self-Esteem Course

‘Build Your Self-Esteem’ is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) course. The course aims to help you understand what low self-esteem is, how it may have developed, and what keeps it going over time. It is a brief course, but it aims to introduce some useful tools which, when used consistently over time, can challenge the deep-rooted negative beliefs we hold about ourselves, and change our self-image.
