We are trying to find ways for mindfulness to be available other than face-to-face. Our Mindfulness Practitioner, Glenis, has recorded a mindfulness session for you to enjoy from home.


There are other relaxation and mindfulness tracks below for your personal use.

Please note you should never listen to these tracks while driving or operating heavy machinery.
