Relaxation Workshops

These workshops aim to offer a toolkit of ways to bring relaxation into our lives in order to increase wellbeing and better manage stress and anxiety.

Participants are given the opportunity to practice different techniques through facilitator led exercises in order to explore which aspects of relaxation work best for them. Techniques include breathing exercises, muscle relaxation, gentle movement, meditation and visualisation. Participants are provided with a Relaxation Self Help Guide and CD so that they can practice techniques at home.
