Online Stress Control

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions Stress Control is now being offered online. To access the course please click on the link below. The new course starts on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th May 2020 starting at 2.00pm and repeated at 8.30pm on both days. Session 2 will be on Thursday and Friday 14th and 15th.

Course Outline

Stress Control is a 6 week course and each session is 1.5 hours.

Week 1 – How stress can affect us all

Week 2 – Manage the stress in our body

Week 3 – Manage our stressful thoughts

Week 4 – Managing stress through action

Week 5 – Understand and overcome panic

Week 6 – Understand and improve our sleep
