First Steps to Positive Mental Health & Wellbeing Course

This course helps people to become more aware of their emotions, thinking, behaviours, and physical symptoms.

There can be up to 14 people on the course and people are encouraged to work with others in small groups to learn ways to help themselves feel better and identify personal coping strategies for moving forward.

Volunteers co-facilitate First Steps with a staff member as it is helpful to have someone leading the course who has gone through the same things as participants.

We run this course 7 times a year – usually 3 courses are daytime and 4 are evening courses. To register your interest for the next course please contact us on 0131 653 3977 or email us at info@changeschp.org.uk
