Positive Well-being and Relaxation for Men

This course specifically for men looks at relaxation techniques and ways to think more positively.


Men's Support Group

This group is specifically for men and runs fortnightly on a Wednesday evening.

 

Understanding Anger

This course is offered over four sessions and looks at anger and ways to express and control it.


Outreach Service

This service aims to provide a safe and supportive link for people making enquiries about the range of services which CHANGES offers. We would provide an initial home visit by a CHANGES project worker.

It might also involve the Project Worker visiting you several times if you are unable to attend a group or course but need the information now to help you move on. This would involve you and the Worker looking at books, leaflets, videos, condensed training/information materials and self help information. This might include referring you to our developing mentoring service where you would be matched up with a trained volunteer to assist you in making the right choices to match your needs.
